With almost 40 years of dental care at the heart of the Dartford community, there’s truly plenty to celebrate. Our story began in the 1980s as a family-run practice led by Dr Patrick Donohue and Dr Amalia Ligouri. Since then, we’ve evolved into a dynamic, multi-disciplinary dental centre — now proudly recognised as Dartford’s premier dental practice.
In 2018, a new chapter began when Dr Khan took over the reins. His vision? To build an in-house dental treatment hub — minimising external referrals and ensuring faster, seamless care for our patients.
Under Dr Khan’s leadership, we’ve assembled a team of dedicated professionals, offering a wide range of treatments under one roof. Where needed, we also collaborate closely with our sister practice, Crook Log Dental Practice in Bexleyheath.
As with any growing practice, we’ve seen team changes over the years — from nurses returning to their home countries to others embarking on new journeys. Each team member has played a valued role in our story.
Today, our team continues to shine. Their drive, passion, and pursuit of further qualifications ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care. We’re incredibly proud of the dedication they bring to every single appointment.
Sylvia our wonderful nurse/receptionist, continues to strive in her BDS dentistry course, now in her second year at Kings College London!

Reflecting on our journey from the 1st to the 8th anniversary, the transformation has been incredible — both in our facilities and the services we offer.
Gone are the colourful fish murals and dated décor. In their place: a bright, modern, and inviting environment that puts patient comfort first. From two treatment rooms, we’ve expanded to four, and our decontamination area has also grown — enhancing efficiency and safety at every step of your visit.
Our front-of-house area is now a comfortable, welcoming space. With two fully-equipped workstations, our Reception team — Ellie, Cassie, Cameron and Sylvia— are always ready to support our patients with care and efficiency.
We have also spruced up our small back garden, where our team often enjoys some fresh air on their breaks during the warmer months.
To accommodate our patients further, we have extended our opening hours, now offering Saturday and late evening appointments to better suit our patients’ needs.

Our commitment extends beyond the clinic. This year, we proudly took part in the Great British Spring Clean 2026 — just one of the ways we stay connected to our local community.
We also joined in the fun of Oral Health Foundations National Smile Month and participated in the McMillan coffee morning.
