Baber qualified from Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2005. He became the Principal Dentist of Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2018.
He is the co-owner of Crook Log Dental Practice in Bexleyheath, where he has been working since 2007. The same year, he was awarded the Ruby Austin Shield for Best Case presentation at the end of his Foundation Year training.
The following year he gained his MFGDP qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Certificate in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry. He is a registered member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
In 2012, Baber was accepted as a Foundation Year Trainer, a prestigious position where he is responsible for the in-house training of newly qualified dentists, a position he has held since.
In 2013, he completed his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons and was selected as the Dentsply Prize winner for his cohort. The following year, he was shortlisted as a Finalist for the Best Young Dentist award held by the prestigious Dentistry Awards.
In 2017, Baber completed his Master of Science degree in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Leeds.
He has a special interest in advanced Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry. Through his extensive postgraduate training he has honed his skills to provide a specialist level of care to his patients.
In his spare time Baber enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with his family.
Naeem qualified with honours from the Cardiff University School of Dentistry in 2014. Following completion of his Foundation Training, Naeem continued to work as an associate dentist in London and Kent prior to joining the team at Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2018.
Two years of postgraduate training at King’s College London saw Naeem qualify with a distinction in his postgraduate diploma in Endodontics. He now carries out complex endodontics (root canal treatments), often taking referrals from other practitioners. Naeem is also a certified Invisalign Go provider.
Outside of work Naeem enjoys tennis, hiking and photography. He also has a keen interest in travelling which took him to the peak of Kilimanjaro in 2012.
Dr Culverwell qualified as a dentist from King’s College London in 2016 but has worked in dentistry since 2005, first training as a dental nurse and working her way up to be a dental hygienist/therapist before deciding to train as a dentist.

Claire is passionate about dentistry and strives to provide the very best of care for her patients. She provides all aspects of general dentistry and advanced facial aesthetics, and has an interest in complex periodontal cases. Claire also has a wealth of experience in treating those patients with dental anxiety.
Amie graduated from King’s College London in 2009. In addition to this she has completed the 3 year Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice at the Eastman Dental Institute. This has helped her in delivering the highest standards of patient-centred dental care.
As a general practitioner, Amie is committed to continuing her professional development in order to provide a wide range of treatment options for her patients. Her approach is to focus on health and function, alongside preventative and minimal intervention treatments.
Amie likes to be able to make her patients feel at ease at all times, and to create a positive and comfortable experience.
Lauren graduated in dentistry from the University of Sheffield. She began her dental career initially in general dental practice and then in the hospital-based speciality of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, before returning back to general practice.
During this time Lauren developed an interest in Orthodontics and undertook training in this area. She reached specialist level over three years of study at King’s College London, where she qualified with a distinction in her Master of Science in Orthodontics.
She also attained the Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth) with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Furthermore, she was awarded and selected for a short clinical attachment in the Orthodontic department in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. Lauren then undertook her Consultant training at Guys’ Hospital.
Lauren has recently been appointed as Locum Consultant in Orthodontics at Chelsea and Westminster Foundation Trust, where she will provide complex care for Orthodontic patients.
Lauren has been heavily involved in orthodontic research and audits. She has presented her work at national and international conferences, as well as having papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as the British Orthodontic Journal.

Dr Naseer joined our team in 2021 having graduated from Liverpool Faculty of Health and Life Sciences in 2017. She has a passion for both general and cosmetic dentistry, continually striving to update her knowledge and enhance her skills to offer the best possible service to her patients. Dr Naseer is patient and reassuring by nature, calming even the most nervous of patients throughout their treatment. In her spare time, Zainab enjoys socialising with friends.
Matthew studied Dentistry at the world famous Guy’s Hospital in London and Medicine at King’s College London. He graduated with honours in both Medicine and Dentistry and was awarded distinction in all clinical subjects in both degrees.
Following his undergraduate year, Matthew studied further and gained valuable experience to be awarded by examination the highly prestigious Fellow of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery). Soon after, he became a Fellow of Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI).
Matthew is working part-time at Guy’s and part-time in dental practice, where he can provide dental implant services.
Matthew has over 25 years of dental implant experience.
Nicola began her career in dentistry in 2002 as a dental nurse. In 2006, Nicola went on to qualify as a Hygiene Therapist from Barts and the Royal London University of Medicine and Dentistry, gaining a Diploma in Dental Hygiene (with distinction) and a Diploma in Dental Therapy.
Nicola is keen on the study of Periodontology (the health and disease of the gums) which is also her main clinical role in the dental team.
Veronika joined Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2020, while continuing to work at our sister practice in Bexleyheath. Veronika started her dental career in 2004 as a dental nurse and undertook the National Examination for Dental Nurses in 2006. She continued dental nursing for ten years, during which she expanded her role within the practice by obtaining qualifications in both dental radiography and oral health education. She also undertook a number of managerial responsibilities.
In 2014, Veronika qualified as a Dental Hygienist & Therapist at King’s College, London, and received an award for clinical skills and professionalism during this course.
Julia qualified as a Hygiene Therapist from the University of Manchester and has been a favourite with her patients ever since. Julia is very calming and shows genuine compassion to her patients, she endeavours to ensure all patients leave their appointment knowing how to achieve good oral health at home. Julia joined the practice in 2021 and is already a valued member of our amazing team. In her spare time, Julia enjoys spending her spare time looking after her two house rabbits.
Louise began her career in Dentistry in 2000, as a Trainee Dental Nurse. She gained the National Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2006, and went on to further her education at King’s College Hospital in London, becoming a qualified Oral Health Educator in 2007.
Louise then became more involved with the administrative side of Dentistry, initially as a Receptionist, then as a Personal Assistant and more recently as a Practice Manager. As a manager, Louise achieved a BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Dental Practice Management.
Louise is responsible for the smooth running of the practice and will always strive to ensure that the patient’s journey through their treatment is memorable for all the right reasons.
She also arranges community involvement projects such as delivering oral health education sessions at local schools.
In her spare time, Louise is kept busy with her two young children.
Kinga joined our team recently as an Assistant Practice Manager to help delivering the highest level of patient care. Kinga started her career in 2016 as a Trainee Dental Nurse and qualified from London Waterloo Academy in 2017. She continued dental nursing for several years, during which she has progressed to Head Dental Nurse.
Kinga is currently enrolled on an ILM Level 5 Principles of Leadership and Management Course to further her career goals and gain more knowledge.
In her spare time, Kinga is kept busy by her husband and their two girls.
Bev has worked hard at Dartford Road Dental Centre for over 15 years. She has witnessed a lot of changes in the time and says that she loves that we can now offer a full range of dental treatment to our patients, all under one roof. Bev wanted to become a Dental Nurse because she loves caring for all our patients and helping to reassure particularly nervous patients.
Agne qualified in 2018, before joining us in 2019. She wanted to become a Dental Nurse to work as part of a team to help patients through their treatment.
In her spare time, Agne enjoys going to the gym and being with her family.
Cassie qualified as a Dental Nurse at the Eastman Dental Hospital, London in 2006. She has been with Dartford Road Dental Centre since 2016 and can often be found both at Reception and in the surgery supporting our patients through their treatment journey.
When not at work, Cassie enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with her children and running.
