Baber qualified from Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2005. He became the Principal Dentist of Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2018.
He is the co-owner of Crook Log Dental Practice in Bexleyheath, where he has been working since 2007. The same year, he was awarded the Ruby Austin Shield for Best Case presentation at the end of his Foundation Year training.
The following year he gained his MFGDP qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Certificate in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry. He has been a registered member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Royal College of Surgeons of England for over 10 years.
In 2012, Baber was accepted as a Foundation Year Trainer, a prestigious position where he was responsible for the in-house training of newly qualified dentists, a position he held until 2019. He has helped train many highly successful dentists including two winners of the Royal College of Surgeons Foundation Dentist of the Year.
In 2013, he completed his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons and was selected as the Dentsply Gold medalist. The following year, he was shortlisted as a Finalist for the Best Young Dentist award held by the prestigious Dentistry Awards.
In 2017, Baber completed his Master of Science degree in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Leeds.
He has a special interest in advanced Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry. He continues to attend courses and conferences around the world.
Through his extensive postgraduate training, he has honed his skills to provide a specialist level of care to his patients, having treated hundreds of patients in improving their dental health and smiles.
In his spare time Baber enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with his young family.
Naeem qualified with honours from the Cardiff University School of Dentistry in 2014. Following completion of his Foundation Training, Naeem continued to work as an associate dentist in London and Kent prior to joining the team at Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2018.
Two years of postgraduate training at King’s College London saw Naeem qualify with a distinction in his postgraduate diploma in Endodontics. He now carries out complex endodontics (root canal treatments), often taking referrals from other practitioners. Naeem is also a certified Invisalign Go provider.
Outside of work Naeem enjoys tennis, hiking and photography. He also has a keen interest in travelling which took him to the peak of Kilimanjaro in 2012.
Amie graduated from King’s College London in 2009. In addition to this she has completed the 3 year Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice at the Eastman Dental Institute. This has helped her in delivering the highest standards of patient-centred dental care.
As a general practitioner, Amie is committed to continuing her professional development in order to provide a wide range of treatment options for her patients. Her approach is to focus on health and function, alongside preventative and minimal intervention treatments.
Amie likes to be able to make her patients feel at ease at all times, and to create a positive and comfortable experience.
Dr Naseer joined our team in 2021 having graduated from Liverpool Faculty of Health and Life Sciences in 2017. She has a passion for both general and cosmetic dentistry, continually striving to update her knowledge and enhance her skills to offer the best possible service to her patients. Dr Naseer is patient and reassuring by nature, calming even the most nervous of patients throughout their treatment. In her spare time, Zainab enjoys socialising with friends.
Lauren graduated in dentistry from the University of Sheffield. She began her dental career initially in general dental practice and then in the hospital-based speciality of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, before returning back to general practice.
During this time Lauren developed an interest in Orthodontics and undertook training in this area. She reached specialist level over three years of study at King’s College London, where she qualified with a distinction in her Master of Science in Orthodontics.
She also attained the Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth) with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Furthermore, she was awarded and selected for a short clinical attachment in the Orthodontic department in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. Lauren then undertook her Consultant training at Guys’ Hospital.
Lauren has recently been appointed as Locum Consultant in Orthodontics at Chelsea and Westminster Foundation Trust, where she will provide complex care for Orthodontic patients.
Lauren has been heavily involved in orthodontic research and audits. She has presented her work at national and international conferences, as well as having papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as the British Orthodontic Journal.

Matthew studied Dentistry at the world famous Guy’s Hospital in London and Medicine at King’s College London. He graduated with honours in both Medicine and Dentistry and was awarded distinction in all clinical subjects in both degrees.
Following his undergraduate year, Matthew studied further and gained valuable experience to be awarded by examination the highly prestigious Fellow of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery). Soon after, he became a Fellow of Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI).
Matthew is working part-time at Guy’s and part-time in dental practice, where he can provide dental implant services.
Matthew has over 25 years of dental implant experience.
Dr Apeksha qualified as a Dentist in India in 2006, before becoming a UK qualified Dentist in 2015.
Apeksha is always keen to build upon her knowledge and skills, to ensure she can offer the best possible treatment for her patients.
Having enrolled on a world-renowned aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry course, which is where her passion in Dentistry lies; she is looking forward to further advancing her skills to improve the self-confidence of her patients, by improving their smiles.
Now a certified provider of Invisalign Full, Apeksha is able to treat mis-aligned teeth with clear aligners.
She has a gentle approach and will ease nervous patients through their treatments, at their own pace. Her caring nature has driver her to volunteer with the international Bone Marrow donor database, to help those suffering with blood disorders.
In her spare time, Apeksha loves to paint and travel whenever the opportunity arises.
Nicola began her career in dentistry in 2002 as a dental nurse. In 2006, Nicola went on to qualify as a Hygiene Therapist from Barts and the Royal London University of Medicine and Dentistry, gaining a Diploma in Dental Hygiene (with distinction) and a Diploma in Dental Therapy.
Nicola is keen on the study of Periodontology (the health and disease of the gums) which is also her main clinical role in the dental team.
Veronika joined Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2020, while continuing to work at our sister practice in Bexleyheath. Veronika started her dental career in 2004 as a dental nurse and undertook the National Examination for Dental Nurses in 2006. She continued dental nursing for ten years, during which she expanded her role within the practice by obtaining qualifications in both dental radiography and oral health education. She also undertook a number of managerial responsibilities.
In 2014, Veronika qualified as a Dental Hygienist & Therapist at King’s College, London, and received an award for clinical skills and professionalism during this course.
In 2022 Veronika completed a Facial Aesthetics course and is now able to provide our patients with anti wrinkle treatments, including fillers.
Julia qualified as a Hygiene Therapist from the University of Manchester and has been a favourite with her patients ever since. Julia is very calming and shows genuine compassion to her patients, she endeavours to ensure all patients leave their appointment knowing how to achieve good oral health at home. Julia joined the practice in 2021 and is already a valued member of our amazing team. In her spare time, Julia enjoys spending her spare time looking after her two house rabbits.
Alice has over 10 years combined experience within the dental sector, starting her career training as a dental nurse in general practice in 2012, then working as a specialist dental nurse at Guy’s NHS dental hospital.
Alice qualified as a Dental Hygienist from the University of Essex gaining a distinction in Oral Health Science.
She is extremely passionate about promoting oral health, and offers tailored advice & dental health education to all her patients. She is dedicated and determined to deliver both preventative and periodontal treatment in the best clinical care environment. She has extensive experience in working with the most nervous of patients having been a sedation dental nurse previously. She prides herself with helping patients feel at ease throughout their appointments.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys travelling, having lived & worked in the French Alps. Now she enjoys spending time with her young daughter & family
Louise began her career in Dentistry in 2000, as a Trainee Dental Nurse. She gained the National Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2006, and went on to further her education at King’s College Hospital in London, becoming a qualified Oral Health Educator in 2007.
Louise then became more involved with the administrative side of Dentistry, initially as a Receptionist, then as a Personal Assistant and more recently as a Practice Manager. As a manager, Louise achieved a BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Dental Practice Management.
Louise is responsible for the smooth running of the practice and will always strive to ensure that the patient’s journey through their treatment is memorable for all the right reasons.
She also arranges community involvement projects such as delivering oral health education sessions at local schools.
In her spare time, Louise is kept busy with her two young children.
Beverley our head dental nurse has worked hard at Dartford Road Dental Centre since 2005. She has witnessed a lot of changes in the time and says that she loves that we can now offer a full range of dental treatment to our patients, all under one roof.
Beverley wanted to become a Dental Nurse because she loves caring for all our patients and helping to reassure particularly nervous patients.
In her spare time, Bev enjoys going to the Orchard theatre with family and friends.
Cassie qualified as a Dental Nurse at the Eastman Dental Hospital, London in 2006. She has been with Dartford Road Dental Centre since 2016 and can often be found both at Reception and in the surgery supporting our patients through their treatment journey.
When not at work, Cassie enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with her children and going to the gym.
Lidia joined our team in September 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience, having started her dental nursing career in 2008.
Lidia is organised, caring and will always help to calm and reassure our patients, answering any questions they may have regarding their treatment. In her spare time, Lidia likes to socialise with friends and spend time with her family.
Georgina qualified as a Dental Nurse in September 2021. She started with us at Dartford Road Dental Centre in January 2022.
Georgina loves and enjoys her job as it means working alongside various specialists and has the opportunity to interact with wonderful people on a daily basis. She currently spends her time alternating between her duties in the surgery as well as on reception.
Georgina takes pride in her work and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client needs are met.
In Georgina’s free time she enjoys keeping fit, travelling and eating out with friends.
Erin joined our Nursing team in May 2022.
She is currently studying for her diploma in dental nursing and is a great asset to our nurses team.
Erin is friendly, always cheerful and a very quick learner.
In her spare time Erin enjoys horse riding with her mare Bluebell and socialising with friends.
Rhea joins us from an administration background, having spent several years as a receptionist at a veterinary practice.
Rhea is your first point of contact at Dartford Road Dental Centre and will always strive to exceed your expectations with her calm and professional approach.
In her spare time, Rhea likes to go to the gym and take care of her horse, Aslan.
Carole joined our reception team in May 2022.
She has experience with a strong organisational background, having previously worked for Bupa and other health clinics.
Carole has many years experience with the public, as previous to her reception duties she was an events manager for many years.
She believes outstanding customer service is a must in any job sector and you will always find her warm and welcoming when visiting our practice.
In her spare time Carole enjoys Pilates and walking. She loves spending time with her husband Steve and naughty moggie Billy.
